You do realise that calling them a 'loser' won't help you at all.
Stop fighting over something so stupid, its just a video. Even if it was your's police won't do anything about it unless you have proof. YouTube isn't going to help you with proof since you apparently "re-uploaded" the video in 2009 and this was uploaded in 2007.
